Something about Christmas

There is something about Christmas that I absolutely love. It's the warm atmosphere, the music that can get groups of strangers singing together, and it can make even the toughest of men become as children.

Fly Away

I brought some bread to the park the other day to feed the ducks. After all my bread was gone, I decided to go walk out onto the dock. The ducks didn't like the sound of my feet on the wooden boards. They all took flight at the same time and I got this shot.

The Dogpark

I have found that the dogpark is one of the best places to get photos of dogs. Plus, you get shots of so many differents breed and mixed breeds. I take my dog to Marymoor dogpark and it is always fun.

This dog was so cute. It was a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Bichon mix and he was trying to get people to play ball with him.

This little bulldog was so cute. She just came in front of me with the camera and waited for me to take a picture. I found out that she used to be a show dog and so she knows what to do in front of the camera.

Bailey

Meet Bailey. She is a 6 yr. old Maltese/Yorkie mix who is just cute as a button! She didn't even mind having the bow in her hair. She was a pro while I photographed her and would even sit BEFORE I told her to!

Riley

Riley is a black Labrador Retriever. Now I'm not usually one that loves Labs. It could be that they are hyper and not to smart. Riley is very sweet and a little obsessive about the ball, but is all around a great dog! It was fun to photograph her.

Pugs!

I can honestly say that the pug is one of my favorite breeds. Mainly because I love dogs that have squished noses. That could be why I have one(not a Pug, but a dog with squished face). These pugs are so cute. You can't help but smile when you see them.

Large Straight

I LOVE playing Yahtzee and have since my mom taught me many, many years ago. One of my favorite thing to get (besides yahtzee) is a large straight. It can also be one of the hardest to get. I am proud to say that I pulled off this straight on the first roll. YAY!

A door fit for a hobbit

While at the park the Bellevue Botanical Gardens the other day I came across this little door.  It's so small and it makes me wonder which of the hobbits lives there? 

Long Time, No Blog

Wow, I haven't posted anything new in a long time!  So much has happened and I will try to post pics more often.  For now I will just do this one.  With spring here I have had a chance to get out to the park where I found this little guy.
